Do I need special hardware?

No. BrewSlate works on any TV with a web browser, any tablet, or any computer. Just open the display URL and you are live. For the best experience, we recommend a smart TV or a low-cost streaming stick.

Is there a contract or setup fee?

No contracts and no setup fees. Pay month-to-month and cancel anytime. We believe you should stay because you love the product, not because of a contract.

How does the 14-day free trial work?

Sign up, connect your first display, and start managing your menu immediately. No credit card required. If you love it, pick a plan after 14 days.

What counts as a "location"?

A location is a single physical taproom or brewery address. If you have a brewery and a separate taproom across town, that counts as two locations.

Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?

Yes. Switch between Starter and Pro at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle. If you upgrade mid-cycle, we prorate the difference.
